Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Eng Dirk (Dick) began his work with Snell & Oslund as a Surveyor’s Assistant in 1976. After graduating from the University of Calgary in 1981 with a BSc in Surveying Engineering (now referred to as Geomatics Engineering), he was commissioned as a P.Eng (Professional Engineer) in 1984 and then as an ALS (Alberta Land Surveyor) in 1985. While his early work was focussed in the oilfield sector, over time Dirk developed a keen interest in municipal development and it is now his main area of work and expertise. He became a Partner in Snell & Oslund Surveys in 1985, and sole owner in 2007. Having served as President of the Alberta Land Surveyor’s Association (ALSA), and as a member of its Council, Dirk remains actively involved in ALSA committees and activities.
